In our last session we discussed how to try and concentrate on meditating with music. In this discussion we will concentrate on creating positive change in your life.
We all have desires and want to be spiritually, financially, psychically and emotionally balanced. In order to be successful at anything, you need to get control of your mind and body.
If you have felt anxiety, depression, fears of the present and future and have been sick, you are capable of turning your life around in just days. It starts with your desire to challenge yourself instead of ignoring problems or making excuses as to why things aren’t going well. This is where positive affirmations come into play by asking the Universe daily to help you manifest change.
You need to follow steps one and two and then decide on a daily ritual of meditating, even if it’s 10 minutes a day. Pick a spot and time to practice your new affirmations. Then write down the negatives in your life followed by writing down what you want to change.
Whether it’s making up with a relative, friend or romantic interest; it starts with you. The Universe doesn’t care if you live in a tent or in a mansion, it’s shelter. They don’t care if you ride a horse or a car, it’s transportation.
If you really want to manifest change you’re going to have to be willing to put in the effort. If you don’t feel you can concentrate meditating at home, walk around the block and tune into nature around you. Go to the lake or zoo. Get your mind out of feeling sorry for yourself. The whole idea is to first learn to concentrate on the beautiful side of life.
Our next discussion will be a list of questions you can ask yourself to help you master your desired growth.
